Refund Policy

Our courses are digital products and access is opened for you personally, so please read this before you join.

General rule

Once access to the course has been opened for your Gmail, the amount is non-refundable.

When we will help

• You paid but access was not opened within 48 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same enrolment.
• A technical problem on our side stops you from watching and we cannot fix it.

When a refund is not possible

• Change of mind after access is opened.
• Accounts disabled for sharing the login with other people.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp with your Gmail and payment details. We will reply and, where a refund is due, process it to the same payment method.
